Frequently asked questions
How do I generate a password?
Open PasswordGenerator, choose your desired password length and character options, then tap the generate button. You can copy the result to your clipboard and paste it into your password manager or website.
Where are my passwords stored?
Passwords are generated locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. If you copy a password to the clipboard, it is managed by the operating system clipboard until you overwrite or clear it.
I found a bug. What should I do?
Please send us an email with a description of the problem, the steps to reproduce it, and your device and OS version. If possible, attach a screenshot that does not reveal any real passwords.
How can I suggest a new feature?
We welcome suggestions. Send us an email with “Feature request” in the subject line and describe what you would like to see in future versions of PasswordGenerate.
