About this app

PasswordGenerator is a local password generator that creates simple and strong passwords directly on your device. The app is designed so that your passwords and any generated data stay under your control.

Data we collect

By default, PasswordGenerator does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, passwords, or usage profiles to our servers.

• No account creation.
• No cloud sync operated by us.
• No collection of generated passwords.
• No access to your contacts, photos, location, microphone, or camera.

App analytics and third‑party tools

The only application concerning data collection is the one done by Apple services. They will only receive data that is necessary to provide their service, and they must apply adequate security and privacy protections.

How data is processed on your device

Passwords are generated locally on your device using configurable rules (length, character sets, etc.). Generated passwords are not automatically uploaded or shared with us.

If you choose to copy a password to the clipboard, it is handled by the operating system clipboard; you should clear your clipboard or paste the password into your password manager as soon as possible.

Security measures

• All password generation is performed locally on your device.
• We do not build user profiles or track you across apps and websites.

Your choices and rights

You can uninstall the app at any time, which removes all locally stored app data from your device (subject to platform backup settings).

Children’s privacy

PasswordGenerator is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy & Security Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and significant changes may be highlighted in the app or release notes.
